For ten years Susan was owner of her own consulting company and was MD of a multi-level Retirement Community before joining Michael Gerber at E-Myth Worldwide where for over 5 years she delivered The Mastery Program and trained E-Myth coaches worldwide.
She came to the UK to provide Strategic Management Development and in 2006 established her own Coaching Practice, Essential Business Coaching. Her experience as both a business owner and as a senior coach and trainer for an internationally recognized small business guru give her the ability to provide solutions that are based on a history of success.
